indet., regular leaf, very pretty bi-colored fruits, pink blush over yellow on the exterior, irregular shapes. I first thought I had wrong seed, as I expected to see orange fruits, based on the name alone. However, under further investigation I discovered that SSE Heritage Farm had this tomato catalogued as "plant to 5', bicolor fruit, from WV CO N, SSE TOMATO 194", which matched my observations. It is quite possible that there are several different tomatoes with the same name, 'Big Orange', as the name is so generic.

Seed source:

2. Neil Gillard, Ontario, Canada 11 (2002 seed) / Seed Savers Heritage Farm, Decorah, Iowa (IA SSE HF) 02 / WV CO N
