Best white of my experience, vigorous vines reach over 9 feet, potato leaves spanning longer than my forearm. giant pink blushed white beefsteaks with good shelf-life for the size. repeatedly pH tested to have very low acidity for a tomato with full flavor and excellent texture. One of my most loved tomatoes, it is related to a good number of my breeding lines. There are very very few seeds per fruit making commercial production difficult. later than most.

Stabilized bee cross of unknown parentage captured by Phil Seneca of Good Mind Seeds . Named after the Onondowaga Haudenosaunee monster stories of a giant pale cave dwelling 'man-eater' due to its color, size, and faint pink blush at the core.
