- Indet. plants with regular leaf foliage. Very prolific producer of small perfectly round red fruits with golden stripes, 1.5-2 oz, a bit smaller than Tigerella, with very good bright flavor with a hint of sweetness.

- Said to be collected at a monastery garden outside of Istanbul, Turkey.
- First offered in the Seed Savers 2007 Yearbook by Bryan Connolly and Diane Dorfer of Mansfield Center, Connecticut (CT CO B2), who received seeds from ENSC.
- Introduced commercially by Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds in 2009.
